Get to Know Us

Internal Parts Awareness Therapy is an integrative model, which combines narrative therapy with the internal family systems (IFS) model. This approach emphasizes the various layers of self-awareness shaped by our past experiences, and personal narratives. By highlighting our perceptions, worldviews, and human experiences, we gain insight into how we conduct ourselves, treat ourselves and others, and navigate the world around us. The journey is challenging but not impossible.
