Refund Policy

At Internal Parts Awareness Therapy, we strive to provide high-quality therapy services and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours/days in advance: Clients may receive a full refund or reschedule their appointment at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours/days in advance: Refunds may not be available, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

  • No-shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Prepaid Packages & Subscriptions

  • Refunds for prepaid therapy sessions or subscription-based services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a client chooses to discontinue services, partial refunds may be available for unused sessions, subject to administrative fees.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted in cases of medical emergencies or some unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide appropriate documentation for consideration.

4. Digital Products & Resources

If the website offers digital therapy resources (e-books, courses, etc.), refunds will only be issued for defective or inaccessible content.
